01/ THE SANCTUARY AT SNAPPER CREEK

When Luxury Demanded a Different Approach

When we acquired the listing for 5501 Snapper Creek Rd., we realized its scope and visionary design deserved more than an address for a name, so we re-branded it as "The Sanctuary at Snapper Creek" and gave it what no home in the area had ever had: a cinematic documentary profiling its unique qualities, because when a home has the qualities of a landmark, a documentary isn't just important, it's essential.

02/ LA SIRENE

Selling With
the Senses

What was once 4201 Collins Ave. Unit 803 was quickly re-branded by us as “La “Sirene,” an ode to the breathtaking absorption with the ocean and surrounding natural elements that one feels in the unit, a sensation which also lay the groundwork for our stylish website and cinematically curated promo reel of the property, which let the elements do the talking, because nothing sells the home more. :)

03/ CAMP JASMINE

When the Best Angle Wasn’t Obvious

Upon initiating our work on 6435 SW 116th St., we realized its enormous potential as a compound-style property, so we re-branded it as "Camp Jasmine" and produced a video that would sell a home in need of design updates as a "masterful but flexible layout that unlocks endless possibilities." By focusing on what can be instead of what is, we're concentrating our efforts on buyers interested in remodeling flexibility, offering them a home built to make their dreams a reality at a price point way below that of other homes in the area.
